Did you go with Marlis? I posted a reply to your comment on my blog about where to find some other French people that celebrate their culture in this country. And I will write about the Latin books soon.
Hi Eva, thank you for stopping by! Yes, we went together; did you spot Bear? Oops, I hope that was not indiscreet of me, but he is always so cute in photos, it's hard to resist posting them every so often. Did I mention how much I love your blog? It is always such a joy to read and see your pictures. I read your comment this morning and checked out the Alliance Francaise events. I love that they are teaching French in outreach programs to people from French-speaking colonies living in disadvantaged areas in the US. It's too bad that we are too far away from any branch where we live to participate in activities. That's OK, we'll go to Canada! Have a great weekend!
Yes, I did :). Thanks for your kind words. Canada also has a few French communities in Alberta and B.C. I lived in a little village in B.C. for a year and they had a French school!
The apple picking day was fabulous. What sharp eyes you have, Eva! I posted about the day as well, unfortunately I had no chance to photograph Angela's youngest as he NEVER EVER stands still for even a second. LOL. One day we all should get together. What an experience that would be!
Thank you for stopping by. I am always happy to hear from you! Please leave a comment and let me know how you feel about a post or add advice, anecdotes, etc. of your own.

ReplyDeleteI thought it must be your son :). That would be great if we could all meet in person. Too bad we live so far apart.
